Pipe-on-Pipe Lube Solutions
Finoric offers a range of lubricants designed specifically for coiled tubing applications. Each lube is chemically designed to have a high affinity for metal surfaces, eliminating torque and drag, preventing differential sticking, and protecting the system from corrosion.
Lubes for virtually all situations are available, including base economical lubes, nano-graphite-based lubes for more extreme applications, and a specialty polymer lube designed for high-temperature, high-pressure reservoirs.
Biocide Solutions
Finoric’s FinCide product line is a full suite of EPA-registered biocides. Kill and compatibility testing are available to qualify the right type of biocide. All products are manufactured in-basin and available for wellsite delivery.
Gel Sweep Solutions
Gel sweeps are commonly used for wellbore clean-outs during coiled tubing operations. Finoric offers a xanthan gum slurry, a high-quality viscosifier that will rapidly hydrate, not causing potentially damaging fish eyes.
The FinoSWEEP proprietary synthetic polymer technology develops viscosity as the fluid travels down the wellbore. It is designed to withstand high-shear, high-temperature environments, performing a better gel sweep than other products on the market.
Fluid Loss Solutions
Biodegradable particulate fluid loss products are available that will temporarily seal off problem areas. The product can be customized based on bottomhole temperature and the required length of time for fluid loss prevention.
Friction Reducer Solutions
Finoric offers friction reducers to reduce pumping pressure during coil tubing operations. Options for fresh-, medium-, and high-temperature brines and iron tolerant, which reduces the risk of iron induced gelling, are available.
Clean-up + Corrosion Inhibitor Solutions
A variety of multipurpose additive products for oil-based clean-up and corrosion inhibition, specifically for coiled tubing applications, are available.
Testing has shown good protection from corrosion over a wide range of temperatures. H2S scavengers can be included in sour environments.
